How the Catalog Works
The catalog shows every vital type available to you, organized by category. Unlike Discovery's step-by-step tour, the catalog lets you jump directly to any category and add exactly what you need.
Browsing by Category
Vitals are grouped into the same categories you saw during Discovery:
- Financial - Bank accounts, credit cards, insurance policies, retirement accounts
- Legal - Wills, trusts, power of attorney, advance directives
- Personal - Final wishes, memorial preferences, personal letters
- Digital - Email accounts, social media, subscriptions, digital assets
- Property - Real estate, vehicles, valuables, storage locations
- Medical - Physicians, medications, conditions, medical history
Each category expands to show all available vital types. Select one to create a new draft vital with the right fields already set up.
Adding a New Vital
From the catalog, adding a vital is straightforward:
- Find the category that fits
- Select the vital type you want
- A new draft vital is created with the correct fields
- Fill in the details at your own pace
The new vital appears on your dashboard in the "Needs Attention" section, just like the ones created during Discovery.
