Your dashboard is your home base - a single view that shows you exactly where things stand and what still needs your attention.
The dashboard brings together your readiness score, category progress, schedule status, and action items so you can see your complete picture at a glance. No digging through menus - everything important is right here.
The Readiness Score
At the center of your dashboard is your readiness score - a visual ring that reflects how prepared your vitals are for delivery. This score considers all of your vitals together, factoring in:
- How many required fields are filled in across all vitals
- Whether recipients have been assigned
- How much optional detail you've added
A higher readiness score means your loved ones will have a more complete and useful set of information. Don't worry about reaching 100% right away - even a partial score means you've already done something meaningful.
Category Breakdown
Below your readiness score, you'll find a breakdown by category. Each category - Financial, Legal, Personal, Digital, and others - shows its own completion percentage. This helps you identify which areas are well-covered and which might need more attention.
Categories with no vitals yet will show as empty, giving you a clear sense of the gaps. You can click into any category to start adding vitals or to continue working on existing ones.
Needs Attention
The "Needs Attention" section highlights vitals that are incomplete or missing key information. These might be:
- Vitals without recipients - They have information but no one assigned to receive them
- Vitals with missing required fields - Started but not yet filled in enough to be useful
- Vitals in draft status - Created but not yet ready for scheduling
This section is your to-do list. Work through these items at your own pace, and they'll disappear from the list as you complete them.
Schedule Status
Your dashboard also shows the current state of your check-in schedule:
- Active - Your schedule is running and your vitals are protected
- Paused - Check-ins are temporarily paused (your vitals won't be delivered while paused)
- Not configured - You haven't set up a schedule yet
If your schedule isn't active, the dashboard will prompt you to set one up or resume it.
