By creating an account or using One Final Message, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and One Final Message.

You must be at least 18 years old to use One Final Message. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately at support@onefinalmessage.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One Final Message is a message scheduling and delivery platform that allows you to compose messages to be delivered to designated recipients at a future time, triggered by your inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your messages as scheduled, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as invalid recipient contact information, email filtering, or service provider outages. The service includes check-in reminders, message composition tools, recipient management, and scheduled delivery.

One Final Message offers subscription plans with varying features and message limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial periods, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You retain all rights to the messages and content you create on One Final Message. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. You must not use the service to send messages that are threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this provision.

You may not use One Final Message for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten others, to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, to impersonate another person, to transmit malware or harmful code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the service's operation. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited uses, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver any scheduled messages before permanently deleting your data, unless termination is due to a terms violation.

One Final Message is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and, for significant changes, by email notification. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
