A Thank You to My Best Friend

My dear friend,

Some people go through life never finding someone who truly gets them. I found you.

Thank you for:

• The late-night conversations that solved nothing but meant everything
• The times you showed up with ice cream and didn't ask questions
• Celebrating my wins like they were yours
• Carrying my losses like they mattered to you too - because they did

You've seen me at my worst and somehow kept showing up. That's not nothing. That's everything.

I want you to know that our friendship changed me. You made me braver, more honest, more myself. The person I became is partly because of you.
