Your check-in schedule is the heartbeat of your account - a simple, regular confirmation that keeps your vitals safely stored until they're truly needed.
Unlike per-message schedules, your check-in is a single account-level schedule. One confirmation protects all of your scheduled vitals at once. Set it up once, and everything is covered.
How Check-Ins Work
At your chosen interval, we send you a confirmation request via email or SMS. You'll receive a simple link - click it, and you're confirmed. That's it. As long as you respond, your vitals stay private and securely stored.
If we don't hear from you, we don't give up after one attempt. We'll send reminders during a grace period before any delivery begins. You'll always have multiple chances to respond.
Choosing a Frequency
Pick the interval that fits your life:
| Frequency | Check-In Rhythm | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Every day | Those who want the fastest possible delivery |
| Weekly | Once a week | Active users who want regular touchpoints |
| Biweekly | Every two weeks | A balanced approach with moderate frequency |
| Monthly | Once a month | Most users - reliable without being intrusive |
Choose a frequency you can maintain comfortably. If you travel frequently or have stretches where you're offline, a longer interval with a generous grace period gives you breathing room.
Grace Period and Reminders
When a check-in goes unanswered, the grace period begins. During this window:
- Additional reminders are sent at regular intervals
- You can confirm at any point to stop the process
- Delivery only begins after all reminder attempts are exhausted
You can configure the maximum number of reminders to match your comfort level. More reminders mean more chances to respond before anything is delivered.
Pause and Resume
Life happens. If you're going on vacation, having surgery, or simply need a break from check-ins, you can pause your schedule at any time. While paused:
- No check-in requests are sent
- No delivery can be triggered
- Your vitals remain safely stored
When you're ready, resume your schedule and check-ins pick up where you left off.
Rapid Response Mode
For situations where time sensitivity is critical, Rapid Response mode shortens the intervals between reminders. This means the system moves through its confirmation attempts more quickly, resulting in faster delivery if you're truly unable to respond.
Recall After Delivery Starts
If delivery has been triggered but you're still able to respond - perhaps you were traveling without connectivity - you can recall the delivery during the initial delivery window. This stops the process and returns your vitals to their scheduled state.
