Managing Your Subscription
Your One Final Message subscription gives you access to message creation, storage, and delivery services based on your chosen plan. You can view your current plan and billing status at any time from your Account page.
Upgrading or Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time:
- Upgrading: Your new plan takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- Downgrading: Your current plan continues until the end of your billing period, then switches to the new plan. Make sure your messages and attachments fit within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
If your current usage exceeds the limits of a lower plan, you'll need to reduce your messages or attachments before the downgrade takes effect.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. To update your payment method:
- Go to Account
- Select Manage Billing
- Update your card details
Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis depending on your chosen billing frequency (monthly or annual). Your billing date is based on when you first subscribed. You can view your next billing date and past invoices from the Manage Billing section of your Account page.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your subscription:
- Go to Account
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
After cancellation, your messages remain stored until the end of your current billing period. After that, your messages will no longer be monitored or delivered. You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate your account and messages.
